Refund Policy
At SAEM-Consultant, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. Please review our refund policy below to understand the conditions under which refunds may be considered.
1. Deficiency in Service
Refund requests will be entertained only if there is a clear and visible deficiency in the service provided by SAEM-Consultant. If you believe there is an issue with the service, please contact us promptly to discuss and resolve the matter.
2. Change of Mind Exclusion
Refunds will not be processed if a customer requests a refund due to a change of mind after payment has been made. If there is no fault or defect in the service provided, we will not issue a refund.
3. Refund Limitation After Work Sharing
Once the work has been shared with you, we will not entertain refund requests due to a change of mind. However, we offer the flexibility to apply the amount paid towards an alternative or additional service within SAEM-Consultant of equivalent value. You may use the amount either in part or in full towards a new service.
4. Refund Request Submission
To initiate a refund request, please contact us at consultant@gem-portal.co.in. Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the payment of the service. Requests submitted after this period will be deemed invalid and will not be considered.
When submitting a refund request, please include a valid reason for the refund, confirmation of the payment mode, and any relevant details via email. Upon receipt of your request, we will process the refund within 10 working days. Please note that a fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount for internet and handling charges.
5. Query Resolution
For any inquiries related to the refund process or our services, please reach out to us at consultant@gem-portal.co.in. Our team will address your concerns promptly through email or phone, and may seek additional clarification about your business activity if necessary.
6. Refund Approval and Processing
If your refund request is approved, we will notify you via email. The refund process may take a minimum of 15 business days to complete, and the funds will be credited to your bank account accordingly. We handle the refund process with care and aim to return your funds as quickly as possible.
